The Darfur Network of Human Rights (DNHR) documents and preserves evidence of human rights violations in Darfur to support advocacy, litigation, and transitional justice efforts. DNHR’s mission is to collect and preserve digital evidence, survivor testimonies, and forensic documentation to ensure that human rights violations in Darfur are never forgotten and the perpetrators are held accountable in international courts.
In collaboration with HURIDOCS, DNHR launched a public statistics dashboard to provide access to aggregated data, analytical insights, and visualisations derived from documented human rights violations and monitoring activities. The dashboard provides a broad statistical overview of documented incidents that cover Sudan’s 18 administrative states and provides a breakdown according to the gender of civilian victims and the types of violations (killed, wounded, missing, arrested or kidnapped).
