The Human Rights Observatory is a platform that compiles jurisprudence, laws, reports, treaties and more that affect five vulnerable groups of Filipino society:
- indigenous peoples
- women, LGBTQI people and people of diverse sexual orientation, gender identity and expression
- overseas Filipino workers and members of their families
- populations affected by climate change and natural disasters
- persons with disabilities
It was created by the Philippines Commission on Human Rights with support from HURIDOCS.
