The Human Rights Observatory compiles jurisprudence, laws, reports, treaties and more that affect five vulnerable groups of Filipino society.

The Human Rights Observatory is a platform that compiles jurisprudence, laws, reports, treaties and more that affect five vulnerable groups of Filipino society: 

  • indigenous peoples
  • women, LGBTQI people and people of diverse sexual orientation, gender identity and expression
  • overseas Filipino workers and members of their families
  • populations affected by climate change and natural disasters
  • persons with disabilities

It was created by the Philippines Commission on Human Rights with support from HURIDOCS.
