Resourcing Rights is a database that explores the obligation of states to realise human rights to the maximum of their available resources, as stated in the United Nations International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. It was developed by the Center for Economic and Social Rights (CESR) and Dejusticia with support from HURIDOCS.
The database includes court judgments, international resolutions, special procedure reports, articles, commentary and more. Entries can be filtered in several ways, including:
- country
- specific right involved
- issue
- date
